Why do all camps now spawn at 2:00 on PBE?!
How am I going to help my jungler now? These camps are now tougher than before yet instead of reducing their spawn time to 1:50 to let us help our jungler, you increase it! Give us a reasoning.

It's probably so bot won't take Krugs/Gromp and starve the jungler. This is fairly common in high ELO games.
Junglers are too influential in the game.
Of course, this is because dying once in lane is often GG. I'd fix that first, but hey, I'm not Riot.
