Bad teams and bad games, is it just me ?

I don't know what's been happening to lol match making lately but this is not acceptable, what exactly ? well, to start off, I'm a support main, I main , I used to play mid with until all these new champs came about and I realised he's not viable anymore, (sure you'll get kills but you'll still lose the game because of squishy you are lategame) so I moved onto support, I really loved janna, as I can actually focus when playing and not be disoriented all the time.

At first it was great, I was the noob, yes, I would almost always be in a good team and I'm always the odd one out doing meh or badly, as I got to level 30 and started to actually get good, things were a bit funky, when I win two or more games in a row, my team in the next game is very bad, either someone afk or an adc who can't even last hit minions and puts no effort into dodging etc ; however this is only on a winning streak .

Now I'm a mastery 7 janna, and I'm not trying to be cocky ,I'm just saying that I can play well enough, for the past two weeks almost all my games are crap, particularly crap adcs and the like who can't handle being pushed in the lane and who constantly pick stupid fights. What's even more weird is the enemy team is always a well rounded team, perfectly capable and excellent honestly and it's very often that you'd see skins here and there.

WHY IS THIS HAPPENING ?

Moreover I've started playing viktor in midlane and this trend is not going away, i'm not mad or anything, just give me aswers, why is this always the case ? and thanks.
