How are high elo adcs able to solo carry a game almost every single game in mid-low elo?

I'm in gold and I've been trying to pick up adc but no matter if I play the game out perfectly or not, sometimes I end up losing. How do high elo players carry? If someone is willing, I'll be grateful if a high elo adc does a replay review to see how I could turn a game around and such. (I'm playing Draven in most of these games).

How can I, a noob, learn to carry and keep a high winrate in low elo? What do I do after I get ahead? What happens if I have a hard lane and dont get ahead?

They know the tricks of the game, they can manipulate the flow of the game in their favor after creating a lead.

A duo partner playing one of the CC heavy support picks is a start. But it's mostly lane control and proper macro play

Honestly focusing on one mechanic alone could carry you into plat pretty easily. There’s one dude who’s only skill in the late game is setting up slow pushes so minions force down towers.

I'm a support main, never played ADC seriously, but here are what I think you should do: 1- repeatedly buy Stopwatch against assassins, 2- get QSS, 3- don't farm alone, you're in danger even under your turret, 4- stay with your team, don't hold your support hostage, and finally, 5- against melee range champions, attack them while keeping your distance as far as possible.

The main thing you gotta get past in iron, bronze, silver and gold is your jungler or top laner going 1/11 every damn game.
