Ziggs Seige Capability in the bot lane Season 7

Hello Summoners, I've been playing league for a while. Tbh I was pretty bad for a very long time, and even now am only sitting at around silver 2. However, I have played my fair share of games, along with friends who are a mixture from diamond to bronze, thus I would say I have some technical understanding to the flow of things on the rift. From the start of the season, bot lane has changed a bit, at least more so then before. What with the whole adc's in 2017 meme going around, new champs like camille that can crush a poor adc's soul and other changes to the game, it ain't the easiest time to be a carry. My question for you guys, or maybe just comment that I would like insight on, is the advent of ziggs in the bot lane. From even pre-season 7, I have been seeing ziggs players in the bot lane, and they have been doing exceedingly well. I would say that this is a strictly none-professional concern, given that I haven't seen that in the circuit, but I may be wrong, I do not watch all the games... My concern is the following: Ziggs seiging seems uncounterable. No matter the jungle pressure, unless the jungler is camping the lane and forsaking mid and top, ziggs can out poke and outrange most adc's. Combine him with a good support, and you have a deadly combo that will not only be shoving you out of lane, and zoning, and not allowing you to farm, but once they reach your tower, that is the worst part. His seiging absolutely eliminates towers. Even if you are out farming, him, have killed him more times, and attempted to push, the combination of aoe damage resulting in push potential, and seiging demolishes the bot lane, as well as whatever lanes are pushed after. Does someone have counter suggestions that I am just not seeing due to being a low elo player, or is this just the way things are going to be, with ziggs having to be one of my must bans?
