LP loss because of multiple afk/disconnected people
I recently was in a ranked game while solo. There were 2 people on my team that left the game because of internet or rage quitting. After this happened, another person on my team decided that the game was over so he stayed afk for the rest of the game. The 2 people that did not disconnect nor afk during this game should not be punished for their lack of commitment and good internet. There was 0 way that the other player and I could have prevented this from happening and therefor I do not think that we should have lost LP for this game. Not only was it a waste of time, I lost more LP from that excuse of a game (19) than what I gain from a win on average (18). I am not asking for this LP back (though it would be nice) but I am suggesting that in a future update, some system is implemented that allows players of this team with multiple afk or disconnected people aren't punished and the people that afk or disconnect are punished. The /remake command would only work if no one had died early in the game but in my situation that couldn't be used because 1 of the people that disconnected, because of his/her internet, had gotten killed right before disconnecting.
These were some of the ideas I had but they should certainly be modified to fit as many/all League of Legends players.
- This should only happen when 2+ people disconnect, afk, or run around in the fountain
- This feature or command should be only allowed to be used under 15 minutes
- The players that don't disconnect or afk shouldn't be punished by loss of LP
- The players that do leave should be punished by loss of 1.5 games worth of LP for first offense and continuous rise of loss for recurring disconnecting and/or afk
These don't have to be all of the details of this implement but I would like to thank you for taking time to read this and hopefully you consider this :D
