Lags/FPS drops

At first i had fps problems it was like 10-15 min all good and next five my FPS dropped Big time ( couldnt play)

Then i wrote ticket and the answer was they are aware of problem and trying to fix it (it was week ago)

Then i tried increase my FPS my self but after all steps in support it got worse it was like game broke I tried even borderles mode still very bad it was like one frame came on other i couldnt even see clearly

And now i cant even get in game, client is all good but when i try to go to game it doesnt even come in, when i press reconnect same.

I dont know if its just for me or for all please let me know if u have some idea how to fix it because i have good computer and still cant play.
