blind is one of the most stupidest things in this game aside from creep block.

Because now it applies her passive mark instead.

Blind screws over a tiny part of the roster, affects less than half to a significant degree, and is basically worthless against anyone else. It's a remnant mechanic that is going to die whenever they seriously work on Teemo.

If lacking Blind turns out to be a huge problem for Quinn, they'll buff her. But, somehow, I don't see her needing it other than as a "fuck you, Bruisers" toy.

Blind is bad. It completely screws over a relatively small group of champs, while being almost completely useless against another group that is substantially larger, while for it to be effective against the remaining champs its duration would need to be excessively long against the first group. This makes it frequently 'unfun' as well as being a nightmare to balance.

Because her Q is now an execute+Mark proc. Her burst has been dramatically increased and with the new Tri-force she will be "the" burst ADC. She'll actually be able mark-auto+E--auto+Q-auto+mark-Auto=4 Harrier procs. Can you imagine the sweet sweet burst damage?

Even now harrier-auto+E-auto brings most adc's down to half health.

Wait till the next PBE patch comes. There should be another change for her Q which kinda makes it a blind. Instead of debuffing enemies with blind it's gonna reduce their vision radius.

Others have explained why Blind is a bad mechanic. I hear they're replacing it with a vision reduction debuff (like Graves W) in 5.23, though. But that also means she'll completely lose her execute and a significant chunk of her new kit's waveclear power. I'm conflicted. On the other hand, attaching an execute to a skill that marks targets for further damage is counter-intuitive. At least players won't feel punished for using Q to land Harrier.
