I can only buy 1 of these champs. Who is the better champ to climb elo?

What ELO specifically?
They are all good enough if you are good. Pick the one you like. If you are not good, they will all fail you.
The styles are all completely different. So it is really on if you like mage, drain tank, early or late aggression.
I got to gold spamming Warwick a 450. So it isn't the champ that matters.
