Summer 2015 Starters Discussion & Week 1 analysis (Who Do You Start This Week?)
Hi there!
Ok, so the purpose of this forum is exactly what the title describes, to help people set up their best line up possible heading into the next week of games. We've all experienced a moment where we are choosing between two players, not sure which one will have the better turn-out with regards to their current match-ups, their record, if their on a losing streak, new subs of the team, etc. This can now become a place where the fantasy community can help each other out with their rosters so that they are receiving their full potential each and every week. This can also be a place to discuss possible Add/Drop possibilities. Anyway, everyone can understand the purpose behind this forum now.
Just simply post a question about who you are deciding between, along with your reasonings behind why you should and shouldn't start them. Then hopefully a fellow fantasy community member will be able to respond and help you make your decision. Anyone can help out! Multiple opinions and beliefs are better than just one! Remember, Strength in numbers.
Disclaimer: Human beings cannot foresee the future, everything posted on here are just calculated predictions/opinions.
Hopefully this now provides a means for all of us as a community to help each other in achieving the glorious 1st place spot in your respected leagues, along with the entitled sensation of "Bragging Rights." Best of luck to all of you! #FantasyLCS #DecisionsAreHard
Week 1 Analysis
OK!
So week one is in the books, and as expected, there is a lot to look at. Therefore, Im going to talk about more of the worring-some issues at hand. If you've got a particular question about a player and/or team, feel free to post it below and i'll talk about it more in detail.

Surprise, surprise. FNC and OG go 2-0 after week 1. These teams play very similar styles with one another, and not only does it pay off in the LCS itself, but in fantasy as well. If there is still a FNC or OG player available to you, Pick them up right away. OG is going to only become stronger in my opinion.

If you had a TSM player on your roster in week 1 (myself included) , you probably were very salty about their performance week one. Their game vs C9 was uncharacteristic of them, and Enemy Esports gave TSM a run for their money as well. A lot of us out there may be worried about how TSM recent play has been lackluster (MSI and now Week 1), BUT FEAR NOT! TSM has gone 1-1 in week 1 every split up to this point!. TSM had the same rocky start last split, but looked what happened. Basically what Im saying is, don't jump off the HYPE train just yet. They will pick it up. Week 2 will be hard week for TSM, but they were the spring split champions for a reason!

For those with gambit players, Fear not as well! Forgiven sent out a tweet before their first game stating at they were going into this weekend without practicing for a whole week!!! (Couldn't get into the gaming house... RIP) Its only fair to assume they were going to be rusty. If you have a GMB player, I think the wise thing to do here is bench them for week 2. GMB will come to form, but it may take them an additional week or so to get comfortable with one another. This will be a very telling week for GMB in my opinion.
SO! Who are my biggest sleepers heading into week 2?
-
(GIANTS) Adryh. This one will catch a lot of people off guard. GIANTS as a whole are still trying to get themselves to be a top team LCS contender...but their play is still sloppy to say the least. However, Giants games do tend to be higher kill because of it. And in these past week of games, Adryh was able to find most of the kills and carried Giants to victory to make them go 1-1. And now, Giants are going up against an more aggressive elements team, and a hurting SK. If your lacking ADC power this week, Adrhy is a worth pick up for week 2

(NME) Flaresz. Truly, the NME roster is a sleeper pick heading into this next week. Granted, they went 1-1 this past week, but in the one game they lost (TSM), they sure gave TSM a run for their money. Flaresz in particular played fantastically. He really came up big this past week, and his presence on the map during the TSM game was anything but noticeable! Bjergsen even admitted to how much of a problem Flaresz was in the post game interview. As a whole, NME really came out strong, and I think they will give TL a run for their money as well. (I dont think they will beat them, but there will be many a points). They should have no problem with TDK!

TL. Im going to throw these guys in there because they are primed to go ham week 2, whether its obvious or not. TL excels at getting points against lower ranking teams, and although its only one week into the split, NME and GV, are still trying to find their footing. (I know this clashes with what I said above, but its true.) As stated above, the NME and GV should be high point games, and you should cash in on the TL while they face these lower leveled teams!
Welcome back, and cheers to a fantastic summer of games!
