Will EU players just get fewer points than NA players?

Some EU teams only place once in a week, does this mean EU players are just not worth taking over NA ones? Or do the points work differently for EU players? Has fantasy LCS become fantasy NALCS?!

some week they'll be worth less, for my drafts i went for a full NA roster with EU subs to swap in the week they play 2 matches if have better match-ups
