New EU Format

I want to ask who is the owner of the creative mind who created the new EU LCS Format. The Fantasy LCS this split is just pathetic. if you pick any EU players you will just end loosing because some weeks they have only 1 match per week. Since when does this make sense? Even if you trade with some of the ones that have 2 matches, the only ones that are left behind are the weak ones.
