ERMERGERRRRRD PORO SUMMONER ICONS!!!

When do we get the first summoner icon for choosing our lineup? On October 1st or immediately? I haven't gotten mine yet even though I have chosen my teams.

I haven't seen any information on the actual posting of how to play of when we would get said icons. Wondering if anyone knows.
