Updates to NA and EU team pages, main site dropdown

These are probably bothering me more than it should, but they are simple fixes.

##Team page has 10 teams with 4 teams per row The teams section of the esports site is laid out so that there are 4 teams per row. Now that there are 10 teams in the league, this means that there are always 2 teams hanging off the bottom of the site. Since this area of the site gets so much traffic, being a big esports reference page, it should be updated/inspected yearly.

##Leagues dropdown on main page has variable content There should be 2 seperate dropdowns, called leagues and tournaments, to distinguish between the two. Permanent leagues like NA and LCK would go in the leagues dropdown, and seasonal/promotional leagues would go in the tournaments dropdown. This way, people will be able to frequent their leagues easily - they don't have to look through the list to see if a tournament has knocked it out of place.
