On deciding who to pick when teams have a sub.

On the Riot E-sports website Phoenix 1's Inori was going to be starting for the week but it turned out that Meteos played for the whole week. This caused a big hit to my points but more importantly brought up a question, how do we find out who is starting during the week when even the riot website itself does not know?
