Question about Fantasy: Riot Please?!

What if a team does not play twice in a week? If a team has a bye in Week One, what happens? This week G2 and H2K play twice. G2 plays Fnatic and Roccet. Fanatic only plays G2. If I were to draft a Fnatic player this week, logically I would get less points because they only play 1 Bo3 and not 2 like G2 or H2K. Na LCS teams always play 2 Bo3 a week, why should you draft EU LCS players if they may only get to play 1 Bo3?
