[Champion Concept] Wharken, the Cursed Shield

Stats:

Primary: Mage Secondary: Fighter

Health: 472 (+75) Health Regen: 7.75 (+.75) Mana: 229 (+58) Mana Regen: 5 (+0.6) Range: 125, Melee

Attack Damage: 58.34 (+2.67) Attack Speed: 0.6177 (+3.4%) Armor: 31 (+2.4) Magic Resistance: 26 (+1.55) Movement Speed: 330

Passive - Cursed Bolt: Upon casting an ability, the next basic attack costs 25/30/35 mana, gains 400 range and deals 10 (+4 per level) (+35% AP) magic damage to the target in an AoE around them. Killing an enemy/enemies with the blast restores mana equal to its cost.

Q - Soul Shards: Unleashes a flurry of ice in a cone, dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+40% AP) magic damage to enemies and slowing them for 15/19/23/27/31% for 1.75s. The projectiles move forward and return to Wharken at the end of their path, repeating the damage and refreshing the slow duration.

W - Inferno Blast: Fires a hot flame sphere in a line, dealing 50/85/120/155/190 (+50% AP) magic damage to and marking the first enemy it contacts. The mark is consumed upon casting again, where it will travel in a line again until it binds to another enemy.

When the mark is consumed, the fireball purges itself from the enemy it once dwelled, dealing 20/35/50/65/80 (+30% AP) additional magic damage to the enemy.

E - Aggreivance: Wharken bites and tosses an enemy champion, dealing 50/90/130/170/210 (+40% AP) magic damage and knocking them aside by a fixed distance.

R - Charge of the Colussus: Wharken charges full-force to a location, dealing 200/300/400 (+110% AP) magic damage to enemies in the path and gains 30/60/90 Armor and Magic Resistance for 6s. All affected enemy champions deal 10% less ** spell **damage to Wharken.

Thoughts: Wharken was inspired by and meant to resemble the Defender from Kingdom Hearts (http://www.khwiki.com/images/2/23/Defender_KH.png), except the shield wouldn't be as huge as it is. In the game he does a bite; that is going to be his crit animation. It does fire and ice attacks, as well. Supposed to be played as a tanky mid laner, of off-tank top laner. Passive is for a generous poke in-lane. Q and W are his main damage sources, but it would be smarter to max Q. E is for added utility to set up his ultimate. R is his teamfighting move, as it was made to single out the most squishy targets.

I like the idea, but most of the numbers would need a great deal of tweaking. His passive being gated by mana is a nice thought, but could cause some issues like: "Well shoot, I accidentally basic attacked and now I have no more mana for an ability" The mark on inferno blast seems like a nice concept on paper, but is kind of uneccesary, unless it were like a zilean time bomb that does damage in a splash. Corrupt force seems like a copy of Swains root. His R seems to be much too strong, and would have to deal nect to no damage for what it does. Surpress in this situation is better described as a knock up, for cleanse purposes (meaning they cant cleanse it) The flinging back seems a bit to strong, and it hasn't proven too well for other champs riot tried it on in the past. Overall, I like the idea, but the theme is a bit all over the place. its a nice start, and would 100% play him.
