Name: Parth

Age: Unknown, presumed to be late 20s

Birthplace: Mount Targon

Classes: Fighter, Tank, Support?

Background: He's a warrior from Mount Targon that started wandering Valoran to look for adventures. Eventually, he became a hero known in all of Valoran.

Appearance: I'll be drawing up some pictures soon, but I'm still working on them and my scanner's busted :/ Here's a description:

He's tall, maybe 1.97m tall with long brown hair going down to his elbow height. His hair at the front and top is pulled back, being tied up at the back of his head. Kinda like Thor except brown He has a goatee and a couple scars going down his face, one across his right eye and one a tid bit more to the right from that, going down from his temple all the way down to lip-height. His armor is a combination of red and silver, with large, dome-like shoulderpads being strapped to his arms instead for mobility. He does wear a neckguard though. His plate is silver with red detailing and he wears that "iron skirt" type of thing that knights user to wear, with a small banner covering his crotch. Apart from this "armor skirt" he wear chainmail to cover his thighs and silver sabatons to cover his shins and feet. His shield is very plain, not being very ornate, colored silver and being very flat, with not too many round edges. His sword's hilt is pretty normal though it's ornated by a few cristals. The blade is a dark red, almost black-ish in color, with the outer, sharper blade being silver(obviously, I mean it's sharpened). The whole blade is carved with runes that glow a fiery orange.

Lore: Mount Targon is home to one of the finest tribes of warriors to have ever existed, the Rakkor. They have birthed some of the greatest heroes in Valoran's history, as is the case with Parth.

Parth was one of the most powerful and versatile warriors of his kind, being capable of decimating entire armies on his own, and protecting someone from any threat. As the type of warrior that constantly looks for new challenges, he departed from his home with the blessings of his comrades, the sword that had been with him his entire life and held precious memories of his comrades, as well as a shield.

Since then Parth has brought great glory to the Rakkor. Through his adventures he's proven that the Rakkor are a tribe of honorable, powerful and respectful fighters. Parth had pulled off amazing feats, eventually making the people of Valoran hail him as a great hero. He's fought entire pirate crews in Bilgewater, escorted explorers and researches through the most dreadful tombs, fought off hordes of undead to protect villages, but his greates feats will always be tied to the way he obtained his current sword.

Parth visited a small village in the Noxian outskirts and was informed that the village needed help to fight off a massively powerful creature. Parth accepted, beaming at the idea of his greatest challenge yet. Upon arriving at the destination the villagers pointed him in, he saw his opponent. A dragon, large as a tower and rugged as a mountain. They fought for hours but eventually, bruised, singed and exhausted, Parth emerged victorious. After forcefully removing his sword from the dragon's skull however, the blade shattered, leaving him with a hilt as the only thing to remind him of home. This wouldn't do, he couldn't possibly leave part of his entire life to be broken like this, so he took some of the dragon's hard scales and bones, partly for evidence that the dragon had been slain, and also to reforge his blade with. He returned home, if only temporairly, to tell his people the tales of his adventures, and to ask them a favor, to use the tribe's forge one more time, to be able to perserve his memories forever.

Since that day Parth's slaughtered many more dragons when they threatened whoever asked him for help, but his sword never broke again. After all, the best thing to break dragon scales with, is dragon fire.

Abilites:

Passive: Hero's Glory >Parth's secondary resource is Glory. His maximum Glory is equal to 100 base + 25% of his Bonus Health. For every 10 Points of Glory he has, he gains 1 bonus AD. He gains glory by hitting enemies with his abilities, more specifically, he gains Glory equal to 20% the damage dealt by his abilities, or by tanking damage for his allies during Honor Guard, gaining 20% of the damage taken every time he tanks a hit that was meant for his ally as bonus Glory. After 8 seconds spent out of combat his glory begins to decay at 5% per 2 seconds.

Q: Honor Guard/ Sunderer >Honor Guard: > >>>Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Seconds > >>>Shield: 40/80/120/160/200 (+10% Bonus Health) > >>>Range: 500 units > >> If this ability is cast on an allied champion, Parth quickly leaps to them and protects that particular champion for 2.5 seconds, granted that they stay within 250 units of Parth. > >> During this time, Parth takes any targeted hit that was meant for the champion he's protecting, be it a basic attack, or a targeted ability (i.e, Olaf's Reckless Swing and Darius' Noxian Guillotine) > >>He also gains a shield equal to a base amount and a percentage of his health. > >Sunderer: > >>>Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Seconds > >>>Damage: 60/85/110/135/160 (+0.7 Total AD) > >>>**Amor Shred:**10/12.5/15/17.5/20% > >>>Range: 500 units > >>If cast on an enemy champion Parth quickly dashes to that champion and perform a heavy horizontal slash, damaging the target and shredding their armor.

W: Firebrand >>>Cooldown: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 Seconds > >>>Damage: 20/40/60/80/100 (+0.4 Bonus AD) > >>>Burn: 10/20/30/40/50 (+0.1 Bonus AD) over 3 seconds > >>>Range: 250 units in radius, 180% wide. > >>Parth's sword ignites causing the next auto-attack to dealit's damage in a wide arc behind the target, dealing EXTRA physical damage and causing the targets to burn for a little while. > >>The area affected by the Auto attack will take Parth's base AD, the skill's base damage and another bit of Parth's Bonus AD as Physical damage and anyone damage by this skill will burn for a certain base amount plus a little bit of Parth's Bonus AD as Physical damage over 3 seconds. > >>This does NOT apply Dragon Breaker in an area of effect, but it does apply it to the enemy that you attacked to trigger the skill.

E: Split Heavens >>>Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Seconds > >>>Damage: 50/70/90/110/130 (+0.6 Total AD) > >>>Slow: 25% for 2 seconds > >>>Range: 500 units long, 50 units wide. > >>Parth points his sword up as a warning and then thrusts it in a certain direction, expelling a blade of fire from it's tip. Any opponent in the blade's range takes Physical Damage equal to a base value + percentage of Parth's AD and are slowed for 2 seconds by 10/15/20/25/30%. (Works like Lucian's Piercing Light except it's not targeted.)

Ultimate: Dragon Breaker

>>>Cooldown: 120/10/80 Seconds > >>>Damage(Initial): 100/200/300(+1.1 Bonus AD) > >>>Damage(Dot): 100/200/300(+0.5 AP) > >>>Leap Range: 800 units > >>>Radius: 3000 > >>Passive: > >>Parth's first auto-attack against a target stuns them for 0.75 seconds and deals 30% extra damage. This attack also gives Parth Glory. This effect can't occur on the same target more than once every 10 seconds. > >>Active: > >>Parth leaps towards a target location. He smashes his sword on the ground creating a shockwave and scorching the earth around himself. Animation wise this would kind of look like Jarvan in the sense that A- he CANNOT be stopped once he leaps and B- It's an instant jump so you aren't gonna get an indicator for his damage. > >>The initial shockwave deals physical damage equal to a base amount and a very large Bonus AD Ratio, but after the shockwave the ground stays aflame for 5 seconds, dealing magic damage equal to a base amount plus a percentage of Parth's AP over 5 seconds.

Summary:

Parth is very versatile in the sense that he can be played in 3 major ways:

  • The Mega Tank that peels for his carries;

  • The Defensive Bruiser that can peel for carries or provide minor CC and a nice punch to the ENEMY carries in order to help an assassin or another bruiser finish the job;

  • Offensive Fighter capable or murdering carries on his own.

Anyway you play him is helpful to the team and he can provide a little of everything no matter what you build on him.

The passive is a weird little thing I designed and i tried to make it so that it rewards building tanky by getting a tad more damage BUT you have to build up that damage by hitting people or tanking for people.

Build too tanky, and you'll have a ton of AD from your passive, but you'll be nearly unable to build it up, despite being able to stay in fights for long periods of time which WILL give you time to build it up, eventually.

Build too squishy, and you max out your glory in only an ability or two, but gain no significant buff from it. This is to deter people from building Full AD and being useless, while still wanting to build SOME damage in order to be able to make full use of their Passive and good ratios.

Laning Phase:

You'll want to be aggressive, but bear in mind that Parth's only piece of mobility that isn't his ultimate is targeted to either the opposing champion, or an allied champion. This means you don't have a reliable escape in lane, but in turn are a very good duelist, which might make you consider shoving the lane to catch the enemy jungler off guard and kill them.

At the same time, you can be a support. You could provide your carry with some VERY reliable protection, while also being able to provide good damage and CC on the enemy, should they be focusing you from the start. It's also worth mentioning that Items that you'd usually build on Supp Parth like Sightstone and Face of the Mountain are very effective on him due to his Q shield, that stacks on HP.

Jungling:

Parth seems like a reliable jungler. His passive gives him AD and it's easily stackable on the jungle mobs due to their lack of armor, which allows for easy clearing. His ganks are also pretty nice: Hit them with Split Heavens for a slow, slow them again with the Chilling smite and use Sunderer on them if they seem to be getting away. Alternatively, you can perform good counterganks by protecting your laner from a dive using Honor guard, which will provide your ally with a lot of safety apart from AoE moves, and will allow you to output most of your damage anyway. His ganks get even better after level 6, because you can stun people with your first auto on them, so you can stun both the enemies diving your laner for a countergank using an auto attack and Firebrand for an AA reset, OR you can use Sunderer on someone and proceed to auto them immediately afterward for some very solid lockdown and damage.

Teamfighting:

Depending on your build you should have different goals in a teamfight.

If you went the offensive bruiser route, wait for a good engage from your tank to break out the fight. Then, try to catch either carry out of position and start slamming their face. Remember that Parth's first auto will stun the target and give you Glory so it's advisable to use Sunderer on them for the armor shred, hit them with the stun and THEN start unloading everything else, including your ultimate because it has a very solid AD ratio, so hitting someone with hindered armor is for the best. Not only this, the area on your ultimate isn't that large, so it's definitely possible for them to flash it should they see you leap, but they can't do it while stunned.

If you went the tank route you will want to provide as much peel for your carries as is humanly possible with your CC and damage output. DO NOT forget to Q your allies in this situation. It's stupid useful.

That's it! Please tell me your opinions on the guy! I've worked really hard on this and will provide those pics as soon as possible.

Cheers!
