NOTE: This was a discussion made like months ago during spring. I'm posting it again to "resurrect" it, if you will. Also, the numbers listed here are just for perspective.

Lore: summary; Achalus is the leader and most powerful of a race of burrowers that call themselves the Behajin. They were once prosperous and fruitful - once, during the time of Xerath's life. One day, a Noxian geographer encountered the great city in which they lived. He reported back, and the Noxians, fearing expansion, raided the city with a small but formidable army. The city was decimated, but the Behajin had disappeared. They had buried themselves deep into the underground to avoid the incoming onslaught. They lived happily there, but they became lonely and isolated. No Behajin was ever seen again on the surface until many centuries later, when Achalus decided it was time for the world to know of the Behajin. He figured the best way to get known was to enter the League of Legends.

Stats:

Primary: Fighter Secondary: Tank

Health: 462 (+94) Health Regen: 6.8 (+0.91) Mana: 226 (+38) Mana Regen: 6.75 (+0.5) Range: 125, Melee

Attack Damage: 51.3 (+3.9) Attack Speed: 0.643 (+1.9%) Armor: 21 (+3.5) Magic Resistance: 30 (+1.25) Movement Speed: 335

Passive - Lethal Injection: Achalus's basic attacks apply Caustic Venom. When an enemy unit dies while afflicted with Caustic Venom, their corpse will burst violently, dealing 7/8/9% of their maximum health in true damage to enemies around the target. Max 300.

Q - Great Burrow: Achalus digs under the surface and dashes to the target location, dealing 70/110/150/190/230 (+80% AP) and knocking enemies airborne for 0.75s. Enemies caught between Achalus and the target location are dealt half damage and knocked aside. (Orianna's Q reticle)

W - Shifting Sands: Achalus manipulates the pebbles he stands on, pulling or pushing any enemies caught in the slide area. (Thresh's Flay reticle)

E - Seal of the Monarch: Passive: Achalus gains 1 stack of Dynasty upon taking 3 instances of damage from monsters, and 2 stacks upon taking an instance of damage from enemy champions. Each stack yields 1/1.75/2.5/3.25/4 Armor and 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 (+0.01 max Health) Health Regen. Max 10 stacks.

Active: Consumes all current stacks to deal 7/12/17/22/27 (+10% AP) magic damage per stack consumed and slow Movement Speed by 25/35/45/55/60% and Attack Speed by half that amount for 2.5s. Slow only fully applies at 5 or more stacks consumed. (Malphite's Ground Slam reticle)

R - Raging Sandstorm: First Cast: Creates a mighty sandstorm that decreases the vision of enemy champions within and increases the damage done to them by 10%. Also slows them by 40/45/50%. 3 seconds after casting, Achalus can use Solidify. (Fiddle's Crowstorm reticle)

Second Cast: Solidify: Solidifies the sand around Achalus to deal 100/200/300 (+50% AP) and stuns nearby enemies for 1.5/2/2.5 seconds.

Thoughts: To put a model in perspective, Achalus looks like Sand King from DotA 2, except he doesn't have a stinger, and his claws are scooped and have a large, extendable needle from which he poisons whatever he strikes. Achalus is a beefy cc machine that should be used to stop an entire team. He has natural sustain and plenty of damage so that damage item won't be necessary. Supposed to be played as a tanky jungler. Passive helps in clear time and team fights. Q used as an engaging/escape tool. W used for keeping valuable targets in a fight and to single them out. E passive is for sustain and added tankiness; active is for ganking, after coming in with a Q, E to slow. R is of course you ultimate engaging tool.

Leave me a comment if you like it or thinks it needs to be better.
