New champion idea?

I was thinking that there should be more champions that are elemental but men, so we have Brand for fire, Yasuo for wind, I was thinking something for water and earth? So something for the earth element, not Malphite who is made of rock but someone who is human but can control earth. For a name I was thinking Quake (like Earthquake) maybe you can make up a name. And then his ult would shake the ground for 3 seconds causing damage, knocking up champions and leaving them slowed afterwards. Then he has his QWE, one of them could be a rock wall that forms and slowing enemies around it, you guys can think of the other two abilities, haha. Then we have his passive, yet again, unsure, haha. Just thought about the champion roughly but not entirely about his abilities other than his ult.

In terms of visual looking, I was thinking bulky, blonde hair, like Clay from Xiaolin Showdown, hahaha. To be fair the Texan accent would seem too bad...
