[Gamemode Concepts] Ultimate Barrage/Spell Roulette/Item Roulette

If we're going to be seeing other temporary gamemodes like All-for-One and Showdown that don't need to be so much balanced as fun and novel, I have a couple of suggestions:

Ultimate Barrage

For the most part, this is any other game on Summoner's Rift. The exception is that once the average level of the game reaches 6, the players are going to start seeing strange happenings. The ultimates of random champions will be triggering all over the map. Usually somewhere where they can be seen by at least one champion. Occasionally they will deliberately be aimed towards someone. The 'caster' has 0 stats all-around, but the abilities will level up when the average champion level reaches 11 and 16.

Obviously not all ultimates are valid for this gamemode. Here's a small list of some valid champion Ultimates: Ashe Ezreal Jinx Draven Gangplank Zyra Karthus Teemo

And here's a small list of some invalid champion Ultimates: Shen Alistar Sion Ahri Akali Miss Fortune

Some, like Fizz, could work if the result was tweaked a bit. I'm not sure if there's a limit to how many assets can be loaded into a given match, but if it was an issue, I think keeping just the global projectiles (They would enter from a random point off of the map) would be adequate.

Spell Roulette

During champion select, you aren't allowed to choose summoner spells.

Also a fairly standard game of Summoner's Rift or, really, any map. The exception is that once the game begins, each champion is assigned two summoner spells randomly. Upon using a summoner spell, it goes on a two minute cooldown, regardless of what it is. When that cooldown ends, the player gets a new, randomly selected summoner spell.

If the player has an undesired summoner spell, with no outlet for it, Alt + D and Alt + F will trigger the two minute cooldown manually for the first and second spell, respectively.

Item Roulette

Once in-game, each champion will be assigned a small set of six (Maybe nine, for flexibility) items, chosen randomly, though a set will always include a pair of boots, and none of the items chosen are components for other items. These items, and their components, are the only items that champion will be able to buy during the course of the game, with the exception of consumables and trinkets.
