New Champion Idea (Mikuhi)

I'm sure that after playing for a while, everyone imagines making their own champion or has an idea for a champion. Well, this is mine. Mikuhi, the Blessing of Desolation, is meant to be a pure assassin, he deals out fast damage but can't take it. So, he is fast, and is more of a hit and run champion. He is as much a blessing to a team as he can be a curse because he often uses others to save himself. As all champions have four main slides introducing them, I will structure this in a similar way so nothing is left for your imagination.

Overview:

Stats: A high attack power and high ability power, but horrible defense. As for the difficulty, I think it should be hard too, but that is really based on the abilities so I can't be sure.

Attributes: Assassin with no secondary attribute

Costume Ideas: The way I pictured Mikuhi was standing with his back to us in a barren landscape. He would be wearing a cloak that cast a shadow on his face and covered all of his body. The cloak would be a really dark red, almost brownish, and the edges of the cloak would be tattered, with some loose threads hanging off. On the back of his cloak would be a picture of a snake eating its own tail, the symbol of destruction. From underneath the cloak, you would be able to see the protrusion of a hilt of a sword. Mikuhi would be holding the hilt that comes out from underneath the cloak. The way the sword is positioned when sheathed like this is very similar to the way it was on Sasuke, from Naruto, when Sasuke fought his brother, Itachi. Mikuhi's head would be turned to look at you, who would be behind him, and his eyes would be glowing red. The sword by itself I pictured as a sort of Katana that has a dim red glow about it. That's how his default skin should look like, and besides that, any other costume idea could be made for him. But I really think that should be his default skin.

Abilities:

Passive: Mikuhi's passive is called Impending Doom. It stacks indefinitely and allows Mikuhi's next attack, any attack, to do bonus true damage. The passive stacks with elapsed time, but stacks faster when Mikuhi is not moving. In one second of standing still, Mikuhi can gain 3 stacks of Impending doom. In one second of moving, Mikuhi only gains 1. At level one, the maximum number of stacks consumed at once is 20, translating into 10 bonus true damage. After each level, the maximum number of stacks consumed goes up by 18. At level 18, The stacks have a chance to crit and deal the total 200 bonus true damage as opposed to the usual 100. Save stacks up for devastating true damage bonus combos.

Q: Mikuhi's Q is Sudden Death. This skill can be upgraded five times, from level 0 of course. It's a point and click skill. You click on an entity and teleport to it. If it is an enemy entity, towers not included, then you gain a 250% attack speed buff for 1.5 seconds. If it is an ally entity, towers not included, then that entity is slowed for 2 seconds as Mikuhi gains a speed boost for 2 seconds. This skill has the same range as flash. With each upgrade, This time of effects increase by 20%, resulting in about a 3 second attack speed boost and a 4 second speed boost (At an allies expense).

W: Mikuhi's W is Piercing Fang. This skill can also be upgraded five times. It is a skill shot. Upon activation, Mikuhi slashes the air in the designated direction and everything in the line of attack takes damage. This skill has the same range as Jinx's Zap and also has a similar delay. However, this attack hits all entities, even friendly ones. The good news, though, is that ally champions hit by this will receive a basic stack of Vengeful Cloak for 1 hit, while all other entities hit, excluding towers, will lose 130 + AP hit points. 10% of the total damage dealt will be given to Mikuhi as life-steal. After each level, the base ability damage increases by 70%

E: Mikuhi's E is Vengeful Cloak. This skill can also be upgraded five times. This is a passive skill, like Teemo's toxic shot. With this ability, the entity that injured you takes 30% of the damage they inflicted on you. This damage cannot kill champions. If they cannot take all of the damage, they are left at 5% health and slowed for 2 seconds. When upgraded, the percent of damage they take increases at intervals of ten. At level 18, 70% of inflicted damage in returned to the sender. This is not true damage though so it can be partially blocked by magic defense.

R: Mikuhi's Ult is Path of Desolation. It is unlocked at level 6. When activated, Mikuhi becomes immobile and slowly charges up range. This attack can be charged up to global. However, when charging, Vengeful Cloak turns off and Mikuhi takes double damage from all attacks. If an enemy champion is in Mikuhi's range, the snake symbol with appear above their heads, warning them of the danger. The charging goes on until you click a location on the map to warp to. Mikuhi instantly becomes untargetable and cuts through all entities from his original location to his destination. This deals 1000 damage to the first entity he hits, and each entity he cuts through afterward takes reduced damage. Then, when reaching his destination, he slams the ground and deals 1000 true damage to all entities in the area. The area is the a little smaller than standard AOE attacks. Then, he becomes targetable again. This skill can only be upgraded three times, and each time after the first, the damage increases by 500. And Yes, AP increases the damage. Also, if you hit an ally Champion with any part of this ability, they lose 50% health and are stunned for 3 seconds.

Lore A being accidentally created in an experiment, Mikuhi was born with a killer instinct. Having a unique connection to the Blade of Desolation only further established his role in life. He was to be a hunter, killing all others to survive. He has a man's body but inside, he is the incarnate of destruction. He was patient and clever, slowly weakening even the strongest of opponents. It seemed like no one could stop him. Just when the world was on the brink of desolation, another god came out of the darkness. His name was Tenno, the shadow hunter. At last, there was one who could have a chance at fighting Mikuhi. Their battle nearly destroyed the world. At it's climax, Mikuhi harnessed the power of the Blade of Desolation to its fullest and mortally wounded Tenno. But the energy released from this attack ripped Mikuhi out of the world. Injured and weakened, Mikuhi fell into the world of Runeterra. The summoners found him and healed him, and in return, Mikuhi joined the League of Legends and waited until he fully recovered and could bring desolation to the world once more. "The end is inevitable" - Mikuhi Tips When playing Mikuhi, mobility is your best friend because you are squishy. Always be ready to move and avoid attacks. You deal insane damage so use your ult to help from across the map and then Q to run away when you are low. In lane, harass with W.

When playing against Mikuhi, build tanky and don't attack until you are going to fully commit. Otherwise, Mikuhi has too many ways to escape. And you would have lost some life for nothing. Once you do commit don't let up until Mikuhi is dead. It should be easy to kill a squishy champ, but once you're done, you should recall and heal from the effects of Vengeful Cloak.

Just so you know, the numbers and effects and everything can be changed if it makes the champion more balanced. I didn't mention anything about cooldown times but I suspect that for balance they would be quite long. I hope this Champion can be added soon!

One concept that Mikuhi is introducing is the concept of friendly fire. It can't kill allies but it seriously hurts chances of winning if used wrong in team fights.
