Hello Everyone!

I'd like to share some of my own ideas here because I think someone someday will read this article and he/she may find my thoughts interesting - or at least worth reading. Although I have a lot of concepts (including a melee yordle) today I'm going to present You a new [single target] marksman... (markswoman) who is still Unnamed but I keep referring her as Miriana for no reason...

PASSIVE: When she attacks or uses one of her damaging abilities she gets vision from that target (excluding trinkets) for 5 seconds and leaves a mark behind. If she changes focus the mark will adjust to the next target and she loses vision from the previous one.

Q: (cost: no cost) [cooldown: 15/13.5/12/10.5] Her basic attacks and E will deal bonus magical damage to the currently marked target for the next 5 seconds.

W: (cost: 1 orb) [recharge time: 5 cooldown: 3/2/1 in between the active usage] Passive: She creates floating orbs around her every 5 seconds up to a total of 3/4/5 (at champion lvl 1/6/11). Each orb grants her extra (flat amount of) movement speed.

Active: Consume an orb to detonate true damage on a marked target. Every time she does that she is slowed for 0.5 second and loses the same amount of passive movement speed she earned from it. When she runs out of orbs she roots herself. Detonating an orb doesn't refresh her passive.

E: (cost: 1 orb) [cooldown: 0] <range: 1500> She grabs an orb with her hand and throws away dealing physical damage to the first enemy champion it encounters, applying passive and slowing it for 2 seconds

R: (cost: 3 orbs) [cooldown: 90/80/70] 3 orbs morphing into an AD scaling shield around her body reducing the recharge time between orbs creation by 3 seconds. The effect lasts for 5/8/11 seconds and ends immediately with forcing down the shield. During this time there is no cooldown in between her W's active part and she cannot be rooted or slowed down by herself.
