She hates showing people what she's been working on even though I think it's awesome. She's always trying to improve her artwork and doesn't ever think she's good enough to share what she's been doing, but I am a particular fan of this because I think it looks brilliant and she's gone all-out, and I wanted to share with you all for any League/pokemon fans out there!
May I recommend to your GF, the speech "The Gap" by Ira Glass. Keep on practicing, and you can close the gap between what you make, and what you wish you could make :)

I am pretty shy about my artwork too, but if she shares her artwork more she will get good feedback! I started sharing mine with friends I play league with and they have been supportive, and even Rioters like the ones here and Kindlejack love to see the artwork you share.

I like her work! There's of course room for improvement, but I really like Tibbers as a Snorlax. Now sure i've seen him as that particular pokemon before. Love the Houndour, Vulpix, and Darumaka in the background too. Are those some of her favourite pokemon, or does she just like fire types?

Overall this is a really good looking piece, I personally wish I could draw half has well as your girlfriend but I can barely do stick figures but I do have a girlfriend that also draws and sketches. With more practice I am absolutely sure that your girlfriend will be drawing pieces of art that people will love. Or at least she will feel confident enough to share it with more people. Tell her I think it's great please, I am just getting back into art after a long hiatus and I have a great time seeing art pieces like these on the boards. Some of these so called "artists" giving "criticism" need to be told they are terrible people. You do not insult art. I was talking about how terrible the comments are on this post to my bf, when a couple days ago I saw a sketch that was getting tons of positive comments. It's obvious to me that a lot of time and effort was put into this. It makes me sad that art that takes 20m at most is praised, when pieces like this(can I know how long it took please?) are bashed to smithereens. Both should be given compliments, more effort should equal more so. Constructive criticism should be given if- and only if- asked for. O well. I'd love to see more of her art. :)
