A Suggestion to Riot

I was think when i bought RP for DJ Sona I noticed the rp was "Burn a whole in my pocket". So to help that i thought it would be cool to be able to preorder skins and champs that are confirmed to come out. That way people can manage their rp better. This will help prevent people from buying something else instead of what they wanted in the first place. So tell me what you guys think if this is a good idea
