ALTGG is built to bring PC gaming enthusiasts together. We believe the most important part of eSports is the community behind it. ALTGG helps eSports enthusiasts reach a broader audience by providing them with a state of the art interface for online expression. We offer the following features to members:
Stream Feature System: Do you have a Twitch.tv stream? By filling our our simple web form registered members can have their stream featured in the "Community Streams" section of the streams page. Community streams have a special tab on the home page, and when your stream application is accepted a thread will automatically be created in the "Streams" forum. You can update the thread whenever you are streaming, and help grow your audience through the exposure you receive from our website.
Team-Building Interface: Members can create teams and set them to be open to the public or invite only. Once your team is created, you have reign over a variety of features including photos, avatars, member only messaging, and much more. When a new team is created, it will automatically be announced in the "Teams" forum, and the "Teams" forum is a place where you can interact and compete with other teams.
Community Blog: Our blog forum feeds to the home page, and all regular members are allowed to post blog threads. Granted, these threads are reviewed carefully by staff members. If you have an interesting article you would like to receive extra attention, the blog is a great way to get eyes on it. We promote all blog posts through our social outlets, and your post gets more visibility through the home page display.
Community Forum: Our active forum is an excellent place for members to discuss different games, or just interact casually with other members. As members maintain more activity in the community, they progress through our Dragon Ranks, which correspond with the number of trophies trophies you have received.
