Cho'Gath!! Unique Debuff!

So i have been thinking about this for a long time. I really enjoy the way riot specifically puts interactions between their champions such as

, or

and

v.s.

.
A friend of mine had the idea that should receive a debuff immediately after killing a champion with his ultimate Feast which would state something like,

" is currently digesting ."

I think this would be a very comical and simple thing to add to the game.
