New champ

Last 3 champs were 2 marksmans and a fighter.I think that the next champ should be a mage/support.That can survive and has a good amount of health with spels: passive-I dont really know, thats why I need youre help. Q-slow(on enemy) and ghost(on ally) W-Places a ball that heals(ally) or deals dmg(on enemy) E-Stun for 1.5 sec R-Places a field around him/her that slows and deals dmg on enemys and allys gain movment speed.
