A Hermes based champion?

I think there should be a champion based off the Greek god hermes. If riot makes this a reality that would be amazing. Hermes, could be a melee champion meant for top lane or mid. His q would be an attack kind of like Wukong's q, but it would stun the enemy champion it is cast upon. His w, would increase his movement speed and attack speed. His e would be a knock-back type of move. He would cast a burst of wind toward an enemy and the closer they are to the range of the attack they will be slowed for a longer duration. His r (ultimate) would would be a skill shot in which he dashes toward an enemy and if he successfully strikes the enemy he will circle them for 1.5 seconds and cause an aoe stun around the champion while doing plenty of damage in the process. I still don't know what his passive should be. I would hope for some suggestions and for people to enforce this next champion idea. I hope this dream becomes a reality...
