Community Skin Creation

Hello everybody. Recently I have gotten into making skin splash art for league. My current project is a "Rainbow Ekko" Skin splash. At the moment I am best at simply making kind of "Chroma Pack" Splash art, but I am able to do others. Which brings me to this topic. I would like this post to be about community skin creation and voting. I want you guys, to give out skin suggestions, and I or whoever else would like to, will make it into a splash art. Anybody is free to suggest, or to make. Hopefully if this gets popular it might evolve to become a full poll topic! But right now, I would love to hear some of your suggestions!
