Someone experienced with VFX editation?

I just started to mod a bit today.

Decided to make **Battlecast ** **Draven ** (copyrighted by xxx_quickscoper_xxx , if you are going to make this skin Rito I will demand free one huehueheue, ok enough jokes)

Made succesful retexture, but even after changing **VFX **files, blue glow won't change, anyone could give me a hint?
