so are you asking us to critique the model itself or the idea of it?
if you're asking for model critique, i can't really help you because it's literally your 2nd sculpt and there are lots of things i can see you have to improve upon in terms of technique before you can get critique on something like this. basically i would be a teacher if i were to tell you what i thought of the model itself. from what i can see your model is just really lumpy and not polished at all; you just need practice and to watch videos and read up on tutorials on how to sculpt. zbrush and 3d sculpting in general is something that takes months to years to be experienced at (unless you have previous experience with scuplting clay), so don't expect huge results in even a week of watching tutorials and practicing. just keep at it and you'll come out the other side in 2 years with a huge portfolio of really cool sculpts.
one thing i would ask is if you post more screenshots, is that you turn up the aliasing on your model and do a quick render, there's a slider on the right side of zbrush that says "SPix - 3", turn that all the way up and press the "BPR" button right above it, THEN take your screenshot. it comes out alot better for quick screenshots.
if you're asking about the idea/style of it, well you don't really have a developed style yet. because the model is fairly lumpy and there aren't any variation between surfaces (i.e. Hardsurface, cloth texturing, hair detailing, etc.) it is really difficult to pick out what exactly you were going for with this model. to me it doesn't look very different to how the lulu now looks, particularly her hat. if i were to describe the things you were going for, here is what i see:
- No absurdly long hair
- A more standard witches hat
- Larger ears
- Less elvish-like slippers
- Larger eyes
- More yordle like hands (less fingers)
Beyond that it's actually quite difficult to understand what you were going for because there's alot of bulk in places where your mind thinks there should be less bulk, the only details that really draw the eyes are the leftover strokes from using your standard brush
I'll come back to this soon, I just wanted to let you know that in the end this is still pretty cool for your 2nd sculpt and you should definitely keep working on this, watching videos and trying to polish out the details you want us to see. If you want to see my first sculpt, I'll attach it to a post sometime later
