Dude this skin idea sounds like a great idea.
Some changes though would be changing the placement of his eyes, I don't know if it's intentional but I think it would be better around the middle part of his face
He should be wearing Carhartt Pants.:p That's what I wear at work at least.
I main Jax and I would definitely buy this skin, but Jax already has a lot of skins, so maybe try working on skins for champions that have less skins (Zed, Jinx etc) and then you would probably have a better chance of the getting picked by Rito. Still, this is very cool and I hope it is implemented in the game.
10/10 would buy as an occasional max jungler :D
