**Primary Role: **Support

Main Lane: Support

Lore: to be determined (mostly from Piltover)

Note: i created this champion for the reason that all supports in the game use mana and i feel that costs should be more divers in this role since every other role uses either rage, energy, Cooldowns, or a unique source for their spells. the build i have set for him will be subject to change for better balance and synergy.

Abilitys:

Note: if you don't understand the ratios 0.1 = 10% and 0.01 = 1% just a heads up **Also Note: **read his ultimate before reading his Overrides

Passive: Life Line / Life Line Override Clicking on an ally champion tethers you to them also being able to freely switch between targets. Being tethered to an ally disables your basic attacks.

Tethered ally's also gain +5/10/15(0.15AD) of his bonus attack damage.

**Passive Override: **ally’s instead deal 25(0.30AD) of his bonus attack damage

Tether Range: 450 Cooldown to re- tether: 8 seconds at all levels Note: i made this passive to have the option of building zeke's item 3050 on him since he cant use basic attacks while tethered

Q: Medical Surge / Medical Override he heals a tethered ally by 80/90/100/110/120(0.2AP) over 2.5 seconds.

Override: his heal is instant +0.8% increased healing for every 1% missing health.

No Cost Cooldown: 10 seconds at all ranks

W: Electrical Surge / Electrical Override Active: he surges him and his ally with an electrical field that absorbs 35/55/75/95/115(0.3AP) +4/4.5/5/5.5/6% of his maximum health for 3 seconds. The shield also absorbs 10% of the damage to increase the strength of his next spell casted(Maximum 25/50/75/100/125 for heal and dash distance)

Override: as the shield persists it deals 2/2.5/3% of enemy’s maximum health per second.

No Cost Cooldown: 12 seconds at all levels **Note: **pics will be up soon

E:Propulsion Surge / Propulsion Override Active: he propels himself in at target direction also granting his ally 20%(0.03%AP) increased movement speed for 2.5 seconds.

Override: he grants 30/40/50% increased movement speed for 2.5 seconds and after dashing within the next 1.5 seconds he can dash again, but will not apply speed buff to the same champion.

No Cost Cooldown: 14 seconds at all ranks Range: 325 **Note: **he can cast spells while dashing

R:OVERRIDE His resource bar fills with fusion. He gains 1 fusion every second tethered to an ally champion and 2 fusion for every unit they kill. Once full he can activate this ability.

Once he activates overdrive the next 12 seconds all his ability’s go on a 4 second cooldown (cooldown reduction does not affect this number) also his tether goes on a 0 second cooldown. He then overrides all of his ability’s granting bonus effects. He can use only one ability on a tethered ally and can’t stay tethered to the same ally for more than 3 seconds also not being able to re-tether to them for another 3 seconds.

No Cost Cooldown: 80/60/40

Note: i would very much like for people to help tweak him to fit more into league of legends theme and develop even more of an identity. also base states will be added later

also i will be redoing his look to better fit leagues theme and make him more up to date with his kit
