All-Stars Voting Link??

I went to the all-stars page and it said that the mode voting stuff was open, so I clicked the link there, which took me here:

http://www.lolesports.com/en_US/all-star/all-star/pick-ten

But I got an Error 404 message with Ezreal going on about "You need a map 'cause you're lost" and blah blah blah.

Can anyone give me a link to the vote, or do I just have to wait a few days and try again later?

When I view the page, I just get the background. Nothing else pops up, and I've tried Chrome Rammus and Firefox Ahri browsers. I'm not going to use Internet Explorer Ezreal .

The all-star vote page is a bit buggy, you have to try to login multiple times
