Up and coming Shout Caster

I have been shoutcasting for a while now and wanted to know what Riot's standards are for hiring someone they think might be good talent. I would ask them directly but have no clue on how to do so. I'm trying to setup my own Twitch channel to do live stream casting and casting over replays I obtain. I would just really like some help with this if y'all can offer some advice. I have received positive feedback from people who have watched me during events but I'm not sure where to go next with it. If anyone knows how Riot hires for those positions or what degrees they prefer you to have would be much appreciated.
