organizing casual play hangout in Toronto

Hi guys,

So... here is the deal. I own a new board game cafe on Danforth in Toronto and we really want to organize some sort of a league of legend weekly event here. We were thinking to start with something casual, like bring your own laptop, we provide the internet and people get together with their friends and play league with each other, other teams here or just the world in general. Our environment is absolutely sick and and we have snacks too. It's a great way to meet people who are into it and making playing the league a more social and ultimately more fun experience. We want to dip our feet into it first with casual play and then run tournaments later once we build up the core base of regulars:) I never done anything like this before and would like to ask if anyone have experience (and preferably live in the area) to help us do it.

mainly i was wondering how will the marketing side work, what kind of internet speed we need. Also, if anyone already have regular meetups somewhere like that, we would love to host you guys too!
