Check out Western Kentucky University's first varsity eSports team play in today's ULoL preseason best-of-three against the University of Minnesota-Morris.

WKU is the second public university in the country to start a varsity eSports program. Currently we have two LoL teams and will be expanding into more titles as we grow the program.

We are always recruiting players, so fill out a player recruitment form if you are interested.

We are also welcoming students who are interested in interning as an assistant coach (check out our undergraduate degree in sports management, graduate program in athletic administration, or our sports psychology program. To apply, fill out the assistant coach recruitment form.

In addition to coaches and players, we are recruiting student inters for our broadcasting, analyst and journalist positions in the media side of the eSports program. WKU has an excellent School of Journalism and Broadcasting where your will be trained in all of the base professional broadcasting skills, while at the same time, you have the rare opportunity to build a portfolio of collegiate level eSports casting. Lastly, our program relies on student interns in several other key areas such as fundraising, marketing, event management, PR and more.
