Questions about what its like being in the audience at worlds or any LoL e-sports event.

I noticed the audience would react to what the analysts would say when it came to predictions, so i know they hear that much. Do the players hear them too? And if the answer is no, How is it that the players cant hear it but the audience can. And are the casters heard by the audience also? Can the players hear the audience at all? Can they see them at all? Where does sjoks sit when the matches are going on? Is it possible to meet the players or get autographs after or before the matches?

I went to the regular season NA LCS last year, and to answer your questions:

  1. I doubt the players can hear the analysts, they're usually warming up and have noise-cancelling headsets. 2)The casters are heard by the audience, the big main screen you see shows the same thing live as on stream, and are projected through the arena. 3)The players of course cans see/hear the audience, they're on stage in front of them, but are focused on the game. 4)This is creepy I'm not answering this, and I also don't know. 5)It is possible, but when I went to the LCS (during the normal season mind you) the line was super long, and I only managed to get CLG autographs because I got lucky and caught them just as they were getting ready to leave. I'm sure that during worlds it'll be 1000x more hectic so you'd have to be pretty lucky to get autographs, but you never know.

Hope this helps, and from my own experience going live is amazing and worth every penny, me and 2 of my friends are going to the finals live and I can't wait.

Truthfully, you can't actually hear the casters that much, some but not much. I can't speak to the exact sound engineering they use but I know the players have headsets on which actually block out a decent amount of sound but it's also possible for them to make it possible for the casters to be heard by the audience but not on stage (simply routing the audio to the crowd facing speakers and not the stage facing speakers would accomplish this. I'm sure the players hear the crowd when they get loud but I can't say how well.

Not sure where Sjokz sits but she probably hang out mostly in the press booths preparing for any interviews she'll be doing.

It seems like most players don't do much fan greeting at worlds however many of the casters do. I've met Riv, Krepo, Sjokz and Crumbz during photo sessions after quarters so far this weekend
