Rewards watching not working

So I bought both the lec pass and the lcs pass, and I've been trying to complete the rewards, and the tracker that I see on my missions list worked until about a week ago. I usually would just put it in the background with low volume, and after that stopped working I tried other methods because I just didn't want to watch an entire vod to completion. I even tried sitting down and watching it with nothing else running in the background, and not on 2 speed (I watch everything in 2 speed). I don't know if this is a support issue or even if this is the right board, but any help is appreciated.
