LCS Team Creation

Is there any information that is available for how I would go about properly creating a team to compete in the LCS? I would assume that the newly created team would be placed in the challenger series, or is there an established method to qualify for the challenger series as well?

Preliminary poking around has revealed nothing for what I would need to do in the way of creating a team that I would desire to be able to enter into the LCS challenger series and beyond. Any information that is available would be great. Also if there is information already published it would be grand to know where I should be looking for said information.
