This is just unbelieveable...a sole all proxy, all splitpush-tactic. I can´t think of anything close to this in terms of toxicity. If you ever want lolesports to be taken seriously, find a way to get splitpushing like that out of the game. This is not a clever stategy, this is exploiting certain champions.

Of course it's exploiting certain champions... every team comp exploits certain champions to create said team comp. That's just how the meta works, your strategy forms your team comp, and you try to execute your team comp with your strategy. Jinx's AS steroids give her extremely strong split push, and Nidalee's Lich Bane procs do the same. That's simply how the champions are... that's the way you play the champions, and as a professional player, these people will do whatever they need to (when they see an oppurtunity) to apply pressure and win the game.

It doesn't really seem reasonable to outright remove duelists from the game. If a champion excels in 1v1s - how do you propose preventing players from seeking out 1v1s? It seems like the intuitive thing to do.

The thing is, its a team game, but its also a strategy game. I wasn't watching the game in question (post it and I will) but the fact is, split pushing is an important part of that strategy. I understand the idea of wanting to fight the enemy team in a team game - but here is the problem. If a team is behind, there MUST be a way for them to win. Otherwise, people would refuse to continue to play. If you are severely behind in gold, and possibly levels, and look for a team fight regardless, that's not playing the game - that's being dumb.Smart play is seeking a method to overcome a superior force other than a straight up fight. ANY way in which this is accomplished is be definition frustrating.

Let me give you an example. Teemo. Teemo will almost NEVER win a fight by overpowering you. He wins by harass, picking his fights, and deliberately forcing you into a bad situation. The proper way to counter this is A) to NOT attempt to fight him him, as he will simply continue to harass, trade, and win. And B) to gain control with teamwork, and keep him weak enough to not be a threat. People who dislike Teemo so much are the ones (possibly like you, but I don't know and I don't really want to generalize or stereotype) who want to get in and just fight. No strategy, heavy thinking, etc. Teemo is literally their worst nightmare, and a massive annoyance.

Edit: ok, reading over this, I admit I come off a bit as talking down: im not trying to, and I honestly mean this in the most polite way. Just trying to give my opinion.

waaaaaaa splitpush op! rito plz nurf! on a more serious note anyone who's any good at any kind of pvp in any game will always employ any tactic that will ensure victory no matter how "underhanded" that tactic may seem as long as its not cheating then it's a valid strategy no matter how much you or i may dislike it... and lets not kid ourselves here... these guys are lookin to win in anyway possible because they make more money the more they win... basically "if i can make and sell 100 more cards an hour than i already am by using X method why not?"
