Why does NA LCS have no clear "super team"

So far this year, all other major regions (EU, LCK, LPL) have had a clear contender as the strongest team in both splits. In spring, LCK had KZ. EU had Fnatic. LPL had IG. So far in summer, there is still this trend of at least one super team that is dominating the competition in the summer split. LCK now has Griffin. EU has Misfits and LPL has RNG. THEN...... there's NA. So far in 2018, NA is the only one out of the 4 major regions to have no clear strongest team in BOTH splits. In spring, it seemed like Echo fox would be this super team but then they kinda fell apart in the end of the split. This led to NA having their top team in the split, 100 thieves, at a scoreline of just 12-6. Have you ever heard of the number 1 team in a split having a 66% WR? This is kinda unacceptable. So far in summer, this fiesta shit is still happening with 4 teams as of now tied for 1st at 5-3.

Do you guys think that there is a clear reason as to why NA is the only major region that is like this?

Honestly I don't think any team is an established "super team" this time around. Nothing's really been thrown around about it so far and the shift in meta has more or less reset every team's ideal power ranking. Those you state in Griffin, Misfits, and RNG just so happen to have an idea as to how to play the game and play it best in their domestic setting. People called Griffin a middle-table team, nobody gave a damn about Misfits (or Maxlore), and RNG was riding off the recent victories. Not exactly some key hype builders of "omg they're super teams!"

That usually gets coined when it's a group of star players with one developing player sometimes come together and make an immediate impact and even then the community has to put that into factual belief. And the novelty doesn't last long either; it's up to how long the success lasts before it drizzles away - just like how you used Kingzone, Fnatic, and IG in the spring; two of the three who actually had that title thrown around about them.

Even then, you completely left out Team Liquid who had that reputation thrown around about them with their roster. Back at the beginning of Spring, it was all about "Liquid Super Team." Then they weren't hot, then they failed internationally in the eyes of NA....twice. And now they're not. The novelty of a super team can just fade like that; like it did with KT, Origen, Alliance, or any team that was great, had a run and then a roster swap (or themselves) killed the mojo.

Hell add Flash Wolves to the domination page if we're talking major regions and powerful teams this summer. But to me there's no super team anywhere. There's just damn good teams unless the meta realistically normalizes. I think with NA you want to see who stands out the best, but what's being given is a whole lot of parity which makes the region look good and competitive but doesn't give you the best "hope" like other regions.

I know what would be the ultimate super team that could have happened. TSM had Hauntzer, Svenskeren, Bjergsen, Doublelift, Biofrost. Since Huni was kicked from SKT, they should have picked him up. Then since no team picked up Reignover, you pair the old Fnatic duo back together. Although Biofrost is good, i want a superstar team right? Wait who left CLG? Aphromoo could have teamed up with Doublelift once again. And you may say that they would never agree to play together ever again, but once they hear that they are creating this monsterous team that could definitely be a worlds contender, then he would have. Superteam that never happened - Huni, Reignover, Bjergsen, Doublelift, Aphromoo.
