Elements vs. Gambit Game! I would like to have information from the side of Riot, please.
I am going to be direct, no personal offence to anyone.
I have seen this company mess up and such things may happen, it's just acceptable, especially for such a relatively young company trying to build up something big in the future. One may criticize, but the bottom line is they are good at what they do, no question. However, the failed stream of yesterday, paired with the preceding information policy is not only non-professinal or amateur-like, it is on a completely different level. I can only say, WOW!!!! Simply, WOW!
What happened? Where can we watch this game? There is no information from the side of Riot. I have looked in the boards (e-sports), nothing prominent, I have looked on lolesports.com, again nothing prominent, youtube-channel, nothing. And just don't tell me we tweeted this matter, it would be ridicuolous. A failed stream is HUUUUGE! It's HUGE! Imagine FiFA said: "Oh sorry, we have technical issues, but the game continues." and made no comment about the subject on the next day. I am not able to comprehend such a stance. Do you want e-sports and your league to become big, to be taken serious as a sport and as an event or are you just another weekend-hobby-club? Please, be so kind and tell us, so we can adjust our expectations about this e-sport. Is this some kind of joke to you? I am a huge sports fan, but I have not anything like this ever before. Not in the smallest sports.
We all know that when it comes to the technical side of things, well... no need to say much, but a simple information policy, cmon, its not too much asked. How can you possibly not inform your viewers about the last game and what is going to happen next, with so many online platforms you have at your disposal? This can neither be hard nor time consuming. Look at how many hours have passed.
A small side note, this game is one of the most important for elements, in case you have not noticed.
So? what's next? Should the viewers be expecting a watchable video or not? Cuz, if not, I don't want to be waiting for a video, but simply open the result of the game right away. Thank you!
