[World's Spoiler] Riot not delivering on a promise?

Riot posted a page of news when they announced the release of 2015 World's in-game merchandise http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/store/sales/welcome-worlds-shop . They promised us confetti along with the icon emotes, but only delivered on one of those promises. From 04:55:00 to the end of the vod, http://www.twitch.tv/riotgames/v/23399537 there was no confetti released from overhead and no one was able to "clean up the confetti" https://gyazo.com/ef0e95b209cbcb7a55b3904342fe1549 . I find this to be an outrage and I feel personally deceived by Riot's mindgames they play on us. Compensation shall be necessary. Champions now explode into confetti upon death (then minions clean up the confetti using proper janitorial tools) and showered confetti at the victory screen should be enough compensation.
