Coaches
I been wondering, why is it that coaches never stand behind their team them during game? why are they not in charge of the making the shot Calls? I think they should be the true backbone of their team.

because its a 5 player game. if the coach makes the calls ingame, how about you also get a military strategist, an analyst, a massage team and a psychological trainer on the teamspeak so they can all give their input on weither its the right time to call baron or not.
Every professional sport team has a coach to make the calls, and take the burden off the players shoulders. Besides, these are professional teams who aim for #1 spot, and get a paid every week so they can focus on that. Might as well led the coach actually coach.
NO, no other pro leagues in existence esports or otherwise have an In game Coach.

Bad idea for a plethora of reasons no one has time to write.
This would be the same as making summoners rift 6v6 and having a spotter/strategy position where the person does nothing but relay info and give orders.
It will never happen and for good reason.
They got referees to stop side people but i do accept that it is a 5v5 game.
