TDK Related whining incoming.

So, for just a moment, can we talk about how shafted this team got this split?

Due to visa issues, their ACTUAL players weren't even a part of the starting line up until, I believe, week 6. Seraph himself stated that they weren't even practicing with their subs until like week 4 or 5, and when they finally had Ninja and Emperor on their stating line up, they had some AMAZING showings.

This is literally the worst possible result for anyone in LCS. Even C9 was able to get their shit together by the end of the split.

I know a couple other people share my sympathies with this team, but I honestly feel like they shouldn't be auto relegated due to the lack of ability to show what they were actually capable of. They had half a team for the greater majority of the split, and week after week they didn't know who their subs were even going to be. If I remember correctly, for about 3 weeks straight they were forfeiting bans simply because of last minute roster submissions. If that doesn't sound like a team that is getting screwed over, I don't know what does.

Now that I'm done whining about how screwed over this team was, you can throw in your input on how you feel like this team should be treated. (Special case or not)

If they win they should stay. If they lose they should leave. It is as simple as that. This isn't "everyone is a winner' lets hold everyone's hand and sing 'Kumbaya' League of Legends". GO play normal mode then.

You know they got in the LCS with Alex Ich playing mid right.

They get auto-relegated yes, but as a team they should realize they all played extremely well when they had their entire team, so they will just steamroll the challenger series and be back next summer with an amazing showing. Bad luck is bad luck, but its not like they lost because they played like crap, when they had their team it only took them like 2 weeks to get their shit together and rumble with the best of them.

Well, if they were actually from the region they are playing in, there wouldn't be any visa problems. They still played the games, subs or not, and they lost those games. If TSM had started the split terribly and decided to switch out a couple of their players midsplit and then won every game after that but still got relegated, would you declare they should stay in the LCS because "they got it together at the end of the split"?
