How do LoL teams scout for players in Dynamic Queue?

Are they just going to scout that dynamic boosted player in challenger who only plays AP Lee Song or Tyler1(If he decides to boost)

To be fair I do really want to see AP Lee Song or Tyler1 in the LCS. Also if you say Dynamic Queue is good I advise you to shut up before I verbally assault you.

Dynamic boosting into challenger is pretty hard tbh. Staying in challenger after the boost is even harder, and the scouts are smart enough to pick the actually good players.
