It's the beginning of the end. There will always be some players better than others, and yes KR will probably always have the very best, but secrets of the game are out and slowly every pro team in the world will continue to move closer and closer to equal power rankings.
It's like baseball. You can opt for a Caribbean player who is going to be great because he's played baseball year-round for his entire life. Or you can get a kid out college can teach him for 2-3 years in the minors how to do the same thing. The end result is about the same. The difference is the kid you train is trained to operate the way the organization like to operate. While the pure talent from down south is likely to be more of a loose cannon. For MLB teams it's a matter of how fast they need a player at a given position, with a preference usually on homegrown talent.
I think NA teams are actually hurting themselves by trying to buy the best players from around the world instead of developing their own (Stixxay and Huhi would agree I think). Buying an ace is one thing, but buying your whole team is poor sports management philosophy.
