Hi there! With 10 hours left to change Pick 'em choices, I was wondering what everyone thought of in group D. I really don't know if I should put TSM or WE in first. I feel comfortable with FW and Misfits in 3rd and 4th but I just can't decide if TSM or WE will win! Help!
TSM will sweep this group. The only team in the group that stands a chance is WE, and even then, my money's with TSM.
That's what I'm feeling but do you have any reasons? I need some solid evidence to persuade me. As a long time TSM fan I want to believe but they've thrown more than a few times and they choke in worlds.
Unfortunately, WE is looking great and I think they take the group. I'm really pulling for TSM but I think they're getting through in the second spot. I have FW 3rd and MF 4th.
Chinese teams have had far better success getting out of groups than NA has. Even with the regions looking pretty balanced this year, it's hard to really propose a scenario in which TSM doesn't go 3-3 again.
I am putting WE at first just because they are a solid team, i think they will be very competitive at the group stage, TSM are very strong this season but i am just not convinced with them taking the lead, NA teams are also known to fail at group stages so there's that.
I'm probably one of the few counting on a TSM meltdown and Misfits capitalising on TSM hubris. I have WE going #1 and Misfits #2, TSM and FW at 3 and 4.
WE first and Misfits last are the safe bets in my opinion. I think FW and TSM will be quite evenly matched. I did put FW second because... well a choice had to be made.
Overall i think this will be the worst Worlds ever for NA and EU. The only significant change is that this is the first year when NA has been pretty much consistently better than EU.
