LoL Casters Need to Stop
Saying an ADC has a 10 cs advantage when the opposing ADC has a thresh with relic shield sitting on 10 cs.

It's still the advantage. XP is split regardless of last hit, the relic shield gives cs count and gold (which is the whole part of the cs metric)
Relic shield was changed a long long time ago to show as cs for the adc when the support uses a charge while killing a minion.
